“The driver was not near the sign for pickup. Another driver claimed I was his passenger. I asked him to confirm 5 times and he said yes. We got 40 minutes from airport for the driver to get a call and he turned around and dropped me back off at airport. Then my actual driver was very rude because of this incident. Then as he was driving he pulled over on the side of the road to pee. Keep in mind this was all at 0500. Very very disappointing experience”
